These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Suncoast Home Check website. By using this site you agree to these terms. Home-watch services are provided under a separate service agreement between Suncoast Home Check and each client, which controls in the event of any conflict.

About our service

Suncoast Home Check provides recurring, scheduled visual inspections (“home watch”) of homes, townhomes, and condos in Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast, with a dated photo report after each visit. Home watch is a visual check for signs of problems — it is not a guarantee against loss, and it is not a security, alarm-monitoring, cleaning, repair, or property-management service. We are not home inspectors, contractors, or insurance advisors.

No guarantee of prevention

We take care to identify and report visible issues during our visits, but conditions can change between scheduled visits, and some problems are not visible on inspection. We are not liable for loss or damage that occurs between visits or that could not reasonably be detected during a routine visual check.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suncoast Home Check is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under your separate service agreement or applicable law.
