Confirm the AC is running and the thermostat and humidity are in the safe range for a closed-up home.
Doors, Windows & Security
Check that everything is locked, secure, and undisturbed — no signs of entry or damage.
Storm & Roof Check
Look for storm, wind, or roof damage — with priority pre- and post-storm visits during hurricane season.
Mail, Packages & More
Collect mail and flyers so the home never looks empty, plus optional vendor meets and arrival prep.
