Suncoast Home Check (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our home-watch services, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors and clients across Tampa Bay and the Gulf Coast.
Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email address, phone number, property type and location, plan interest, when your property is unoccupied, and any message you send. When you become a client, we also keep the practical information needed to watch your home, such as access details, alarm and emergency contacts, and notes about the property.
Our website does not require an account. Basic, non-identifying technical information (such as browser type) may be logged by our hosting provider for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To prepare a quote and respond to your inquiry;
- To schedule and perform home-watch visits and agreed services;
- To send you dated visit reports and to alert you if we find an issue;
- To coordinate vendors or contractors at your request; and
- To keep records of the service we provide, including for your insurer.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to deliver the service — for example, with a vendor or contractor you have asked us to coordinate, or where required by law. Access details for your home are kept secure and shared only with the people directly performing your service.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share and the access details for your property. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we handle client information with care and limit access to it.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of non-essential communications, by contacting us at the address below. If you are an active client, some information is retained as needed to provide and document your service.
